About the role
- As a Frontend Developer you will strengthen our dynamic development team and drive the further development of our cloud-based BPM/BPA solution.
- You will work closely with software engineers and product managers in an agile, cross-functional Scrum team.
- You will design and implement complex frontend architectures using Next.js & React, JavaScript/TypeScript and Tailwind with a strong focus on accessibility and usability.
- You will proactively contribute innovative ideas and your expertise to create real value for our customers.
- You will always keep our high quality standards in mind and ensure sustainable, clean solutions.
- You develop with a defensive programming approach and treat security as an integral part of the development process.
- You are familiar with the OWASP Top 10 and incorporate them into your work.
- You apply AI tools thoughtfully and critically to boost your productivity while maintaining quality and security.
Requirements
- You have at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics or a comparable field.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in developing web-based software solutions.
- You are a team player, organized, and characterized by a growth mindset.
- You work in a structured and responsible manner to develop customer-centric solutions; learning new things and deepening knowledge are part of your daily routine.
- You have very good German and English skills (at least C1).
