About the role

  • Act as a subject matter expert for GA4, providing proactive, data-driven recommendations to address business questions and unlock opportunities
  • Extract, transform, and merge data from sources like SnowPlow, Sprinklr, Linkedin, X, Meta, and Reddit
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and strategic opportunities
  • Design and maintain intuitive, high-impact data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools like Looker Studio and Tableau
  • Participate in cross-functional discussions, presenting analytical findings and contributing to the strategic direction of digital initiatives

Requirements

  • Native or fully proficient English
  • 2+ years as a Digital Analyst (or similar), with proven ability to manage technical analytics solutions, interpret data, extract insights, and formulate actionable recommendations
  • Analytical Acumen: Ability to manage and utilize analytics accounts (goals, properties, dashboards, reports, segments, custom groupings) to answer business questions and improve performance
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Sprinklr advanced user
  • Platforms such as Linkedin, X, Meta
  • Looker Studio (and other advanced data visualization tools like Tableau)
  • Advanced PowerPoint presentation design
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM) – advanced implementation and management (preferred but not a must)
  • BigQuery Cloud data warehouse (preferred but not a must)
  • JavaScript, Python, and SQL for data manipulation, integration, and analysis (preferred but not a must)
