  • Lead Frontier AI and Emerging Tech Practice; report to CEO and COO/CFO; manage team; grow AI and technology business; strategic partnerships; hiring; P&L; client engagement; lead delivery; cultivate deep technical expertise in AI safety; etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree ... 7+ years of experience or 5+ years of experience with a Master’s degree; Ability to develop effective working relationships with key internal and external contacts; U.S. citizenship for DOD security clearance eligibility; Business Development and Leadership experience; Experience managing the profit and loss; Closing on proposals; Networking; Experience creating slide decks; Self-motivated; Creative; Comfortable as a self-starter; Ability to rapidly upskill; Collaboration and client engagement; Nice-to-Haves: Clearance through the U.S. government; Familiarity with the AI safety & security landscape; Familiarity with the AI & national security landscape.
