About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conducting behavior or functional Analytic Assessment Process
Developing the case supervision and clinical management
Developing and implementing an ABA Treatment Plan
Consulting with a Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or Behavior Technicians (BT)
Including the client/family in setting treatment goals
Recording and tracking daily progress for client/family accurately
Providing accurate and immediate feedback to the client and/or family
Planning for discharge of the person served

Requirements

What you’ll need

BCBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) certification
Master's Degree in Psychology or related field, emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis
Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population
Two or more years of experience in functional assessments and behavior plans
Memberships to specific state and national (ABAI) professional associations are recommended
1+ year of Telehealth supervision experience
Located in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NC, NV, UT, OK, or CO
Ability to work within the hours of 9am-6pm MT
