About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conducting behavior or functional Analytic Assessment Process
  • Developing the case supervision and clinical management
  • Developing and implementing an ABA Treatment Plan
  • Consulting with a Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or Behavior Technicians (BT)
  • Including the client/family in setting treatment goals
  • Recording and tracking daily progress for client/family accurately
  • Providing accurate and immediate feedback to the client and/or family
  • Planning for discharge of the person served

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BCBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) certification
  • Master's Degree in Psychology or related field, emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population
  • Two or more years of experience in functional assessments and behavior plans
  • Memberships to specific state and national (ABAI) professional associations are recommended
  • 1+ year of Telehealth supervision experience
  • Located in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NC, NV, UT, OK, or CO
  • Ability to work within the hours of 9am-6pm MT
