About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own full-cycle recruiting for RBT roles across multiple regions (Greater Denver Area and Tulsa Oklahoma)
Source and engage candidates (primarily through Indeed and other platforms)
Conduct initial interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
Coordinate interviews with leadership and keep things moving quickly
Partner with cross-functional teams (scheduling, onboarding, payroll) to ensure a smooth experience
Keep candidate pipelines organized and up to date

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–2 years of recruiting experience (high-volume is a big plus)
Exposure to or interest in ABA / behavioral health is highly preferred
Strong organization and ability to manage multiple roles at once
Comfortable working independently and staying on top of priorities
Clear communicator with strong follow-through
Adaptable—you’re able to pivot quickly when priorities shift
Positive, personable, and team-oriented
