Key responsibilities & impact

Own the technical success of clinic implementations and ongoing optimizations.
Diagnose gaps in configuration, data flow, integrations, and workflow design.
Write production-grade code, build and maintain integrations, and debug production issues.
Lead end-to-end technical execution for key clinic partners.
Identify and resolve gaps between intended platform configuration and actual customer performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–8+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical customer-facing roles.
Proven experience owning and delivering complex technical implementations end-to-end.
Strong background translating ambiguous operational workflows into concrete technical systems and integrations.
Experience working across APIs, data systems, and backend services without relying heavily on separate engineering teams.
Experience in healthcare, clinical, or highly operational domains is a strong plus.
Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python strongly preferred).
Strong experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
Working knowledge of SQL and structured data systems.
