Private Equity Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research on technology, software, and health/wellness/healthcare businesses
- Financial modeling for both deals and portfolio company monitoring
- Writing to support investment sourcing, due diligence, and underwriting decisions
- Preparing investor materials, including decks, memos, financial models, and more
- Monitoring portfolio companies and related news/events
- Developing corporate strategy
- Other responsibilities to support the Founding Partner and CEO, as mutually agreed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in investment banking, management consulting, and/or private equity/venture capital
- Finance/Accounting experience and financial modeling skills (not required)
- Microsoft Word and Excel skills; Canva skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, be a self-starter, and operate as a team player
- Resourcefulness and thoroughness in conducting research and financial analysis
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Graduation Date Graduating May 2026 - May 2028
- School Years Sophomore, Junior, Senior
- Majors No Major preference
- GPA 3.8
- US work authorization is required, but we accept OPT/CPT candidates.
