About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and maintain security controls for AI platforms
Embed AI-specific security requirements into engineering, MLOps, and operations
Partner with SOC/CERT, IAM, Cloud Security, and Security Management
Establish consistent security patterns for AI use cases
Act as the enterprise point of expertise on emerging AI risks
Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate AI security controls into platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep experience in designing, operating, and scaling enterprise security controls
Strong understanding of AI/ML platforms and AI-specific threats
Proven ability to embed AI security controls into enterprise platforms
Hands-on experience with AI/ML security techniques, tools, or frameworks
Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001
Experience shaping multi-year security capability roadmaps
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Business-fluent English; German is an advantage
