About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates for roles
- Review resumes and screen candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers

- Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or healthcare administration is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
