About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the full spectrum of the hiring process for French Consulting matters
- Identify staffing needs and verify credentials
- Shortlist candidates and close successful hires
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for healthcare positions
- Ensure an efficient and well-organized recruitment process
- Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates for roles
- Review resumes and screen candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (JazzHR) and candidate records
- Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms
- Conduct reference checks and assist with onboarding documentation
- Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring regulations and credential verification
- Provide administrative support to the recruiting team as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or healthcare administration is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
