About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and develop the commercial relationship with Jascots as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders
  • Build trusted, collaborative partnerships supporting long-term customer growth and mutual business success
  • Create and implement customer and route-to-market strategies across the portfolio of brands
  • Identify opportunities to increase distribution, visibility, sales performance and profitability
  • Lead customer business planning, setting objectives, priorities and action plans
  • Prepare, negotiate and present commercial proposals
  • Manage customer contracts, trading agreements, pricing structures and commercial terms
  • Deliver agreed sales volume, revenue and margin targets across the account
  • Forecast sales, monitor account performance and track market trends and commercial risks
  • Analyse sales data and customer performance to identify growth and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to execute account plans
  • Represent the business at customer meetings, trade visits and industry events
  • Champion company values and foster a positive, inclusive culture

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience managing customer relationships or commercial accounts within an FMCG or business-to-business environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage a variety of stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness, with the ability to balance customer needs and business objectives
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Confidence analysing sales data and using insights to drive commercial decisions
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against objectives
  • Collaborative, proactive and results-driven approach
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally when required
  • Interest in wine and the premium drinks industry
