About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Consulting and support for our customers in the area of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
Analysis, design, and implementation of EDI solutions and integration processes
Onboarding new trading partners (mapping, testing, go-live support)
Troubleshooting and operational support
Preparation of technical documentation and training materials
Close collaboration with external partners and clients
Further development and optimization of existing EDI processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in (business) informatics / computer science or a comparable qualification
Experience in EDI and knowledge of common EDI standards (e.g., EDIFACT, XML, X12, VDA)
Understanding of business processes
Experience in the textile industry is a plus
Experience with EDI tools and converters (e.g., eBiss) is advantageous
Analytical mindset, structured working style, and strong customer orientation
Good spoken and written German and English skills
