About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Runs 3-6 sales appointments daily for various assigned potential customers for roofing, window, siding repairs, and full reroofing projects
- Proactively generate new business by conducting outreach to local businesses and actively seeking new customer opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential customers
- Conduct follow-up calls to dead leads and provide additional support
- Identify new business opportunities and areas for market expansion
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep understanding of residential roofing, siding, windows, and related exterior systems
- Proven track record of closing deals consistently with a high success rate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple appointments, leads, and team responsibilities efficiently and effectively
