About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assess, design, develop and deliver consistent, high-quality IT application and data training across Freebridge, with a specific focus on key projects, operational needs and alignment with the Academy and wider management training programmes
- Actively oversee all training aspects of key business applications across the organisation, driving forward the agenda for systems and data education and supporting the implementation of new features and workflows
- Deliver IT training through a variety of methods, including structured classroom-based sessions as well as informal approaches such as on-the-job support, floor walking and remote access tools
- Build and develop a comprehensive range of IT application and data training courses and materials to support colleagues at all levels across the organisation
- Develop and maintain working training manuals for all existing and new systems, managing these throughout the full training lifecycle
- Consult with and support the People Team and Heads of Service on internal IT training needs analysis, helping to shape objectives and ensure training is aligned to business priorities
