About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coming up with the big idea: Developing multi-channel marketing campaigns from a blank page to final delivery.
  • Thinking ad-first: Obsessing over what makes a piece of communication work - focusing on the hook, the visual joke, the headline, and how it fits the platform.
  • Shaping the narrative: Partnering with copywriters to make sure the visual concept and the words marry together perfectly.
  • Making stuff: Bringing your ideas to life across paid social, eye-catching print, event branding, and digital content.
  • Championing the brand: Collaborating with the wider team to champion, protect, and evolve our brand identity.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Have a massive folder of screenshots of ads you've saved because they're brilliant.
  • Get genuinely annoyed when brands explain instead of entertain.
  • Be the person who sends your mates ‘look at this campaign’ messages at 11pm
  • Your portfolio should make us think, "I wish we'd made that." Show us your brain at work - even if it's fake ads or personal passion projects you made just for fun.
