About the role
- Support planning and organizing research projects in the field of Human–AI Interaction
- Design and create questionnaires, workshop concepts, interview guides, and presentations of findings
- Assist in conducting interviews and workshops
- Analyze research results qualitatively and quantitatively and assist with documentation
- Prepare data for visualizations and contribute to interactive dashboards and reports
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in Psychology, Sociology, Human Factors, Cognitive Science, Human–Computer Interaction, or Business/Media Informatics, preferably at Master's level
- Some experience in qualitative and/or quantitative data collection and analysis
- Knowledge of SPSS and/or R; MAXQDA experience is a plus
- Basic programming skills, preferably in Python
- Experience with data visualization and dashboards (e.g., matplotlib, Plotly, Dash, Power BI)
- Experience with online survey tools and collaboration/visualization tools
- Independent, flexible, and reliable working style
- Excellent English and fluent German language skills
- Interest in a long-term collaboration (at least 6 months)
