About the role
- Work with the latest technologies in industrial and research projects, focusing on generative AI, machine learning, and transformer models
- Develop innovative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-5, BERT, or Google Gemini
- Transform unstructured, domain-specific data into vector databases and build application-oriented Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
- Apply fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and other techniques to maximize the accuracy and performance of LLMs
- Support data integration, ETL processes, and modeling and structuring of knowledge
- Develop web applications and interfaces for chatbot systems and knowledge management tools
- Actively contribute to data interpretation and bring ideas for new AI use cases
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Software Engineering
- Initial practical experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and AI algorithms
- Strong programming skills in Python, including proficiency in libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, transformers, PyTorch, sentence-transformers, and spaCy
- Either first experience or a keen interest in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic-RAG
- Initial experience in developing web applications and APIs using Flask, FastAPI, Streamlit, or REST APIs
- Confident use of modern development environments/IDEs (e.g., Visual Studio Code)
- Reliable team player with a high motivation to learn
