About the role

  • Assist with customer service and client support both in person on-site and via telephone and written communication
  • Support the planning, execution and follow-up of a variety of events
  • Set up videoconferencing and presentation equipment, and assist with event setup and breakdown
  • Assist with other departmental projects
  • Actively participate in regular team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a university degree program
  • Friendly, customer-focused demeanor
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Business-fluent German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2)
  • Strong organizational skills and reliability
  • Good knowledge of common MS Office applications and experience with MS Teams
  • Very good understanding of event and media technology is desirable
  • Experience with content management systems is a plus
