About the role
- Assist with customer service and client support both in person on-site and via telephone and written communication
- Support the planning, execution and follow-up of a variety of events
- Set up videoconferencing and presentation equipment, and assist with event setup and breakdown
- Assist with other departmental projects
- Actively participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Enrolled in a university degree program
- Friendly, customer-focused demeanor
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Business-fluent German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2)
- Strong organizational skills and reliability
- Good knowledge of common MS Office applications and experience with MS Teams
- Very good understanding of event and media technology is desirable
- Experience with content management systems is a plus
