About the role

  • Represent the user's/client's interests on the construction site.
  • Work closely with all project stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support on the client side, especially for structural design and structural analysis.
  • Plan and oversee the interior fit-out of the office block, including laboratories and workshop areas.
  • Implement, develop and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) to optimize planning and construction processes.
  • Act as the interface between architects, specialist planners and construction companies during service phases 6–9 according to HOAI.
  • Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree (Master / Dipl.-Ing.) in Civil Engineering or a comparable engineering discipline.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in building construction or construction process engineering with demonstrable responsibility for planning, controlling and successfully delivering complex construction projects.
  • Solid knowledge in the application of common BIM methodologies and software solutions (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable technical regulations (including HOAI, VOB, and relevant DIN standards).
  • Experience in cost planning, schedule management and quality assurance.
  • Strong communication and team-working skills, with a confident demeanor in dealings with internal and external project stakeholders.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
