About the role

  • Development and maintenance of the Microsoft 365 Copilot environment within the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft
  • Collaboration with colleagues from various teams to continuously improve Microsoft 365 services
  • Implementation and maintenance of security policies and compliance measures for Microsoft 365 applications
  • Support for internal users and conducting training on Microsoft 365 Copilot features and best practices
  • Planning and leading projects for the introduction and optimization of Microsoft 365 Copilot services
  • Designing and creating custom Microsoft Copilot Agents to adapt Microsoft 365 Copilot to operational processes
  • Ensuring the smooth operation and continuous development of Microsoft 365 Copilot tools

Requirements

  • University degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 and underlying cloud technologies (Microsoft Entra ID/Azure Cloud), and ideally initial experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar AI-based assistant systems
  • Preferably certified as Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or equivalent qualification, and automation skills such as PowerShell and Ansible, with practical experience in CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/GitHub) and DevOps methodologies
  • Ideally experience developing Copilot Agents (e.g., with Microsoft Copilot Studio) and understanding of the prerequisites (licenses, permissions, and data integrations)
  • Strong interest in innovative technologies and new IT trends
  • Fluent German and very good English
  • Team-oriented with a solution-focused and independent working style
