Requirements

  • Completed academic degree (Master's, Diplom) in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Technical Computer Science, Microsystems Engineering, Engineering Physics, or a comparable field
  • Initial practical experience in FPGA development, microcontroller programming, or implementation of control algorithms
  • Good programming skills in Python and C/C++
  • Knowledge of VHDL, Verilog, or SystemC
  • Fundamental knowledge in optics, electromechanics, and control engineering
  • Knowledge of numerical mathematics and optimization methods
  • Desirable: initial experience in PCB design
  • German and English language skills at a minimum of CEFR level B2
