About the role
- You will be part of the "AI Security & Communications" department. As an AI DevSecOps Engineer, you will be the central interface between development and security.
- You will ensure that our applications are not only performant but also secure — consistently leveraging AI-driven solutions.
- Your focus will be on security reviews, co-developing secure features, and building intelligent monitoring.
- Designing, implementing, and operating monitoring solutions (preferably based on open source).
- Independently conducting security reviews and advising the development team.
- Developing and deploying AI tools for automated security checks and anomaly detection.
- Developing security-relevant components (including Python).
- Evaluating user stories for secure implementability and effort.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Cyber Security, Information Security, or a comparable qualification.
- Solid knowledge of IT security (e.g., OWASP, secure coding practices).
- Experience in software development and DevOps practices.
- Experience with AI tools or a strong interest in their application.
- Independent working style with strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.
- Very good German and English skills.
