About the role

  • Develop, as part of your master's thesis, a module for existing data within the EU project VICT3R (preferably in R or Python) that uses internal mapping tables and Large Language Models (LLMs) to perform automated standardization of variables in CDISC SEND domains
  • In this context, develop a solution to integrate this module into the workflow of an existing data standardization process

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a master's program in (bio)informatics, data science, or a related field
  • You have a strong interest in AI-supported programming solutions and enjoy working in a systematic, methodical way
  • You have very good proficiency in common programming languages such as Python or R
  • You are able to communicate well in both written and spoken German and English
