About the role
- Diverse and varied tasks related to processing and managing projects in the fields of energy storage and CO2‑neutral process heat, with a focus on high‑temperature applications
- Construction, optimization and testing of systems in the technical center and on site
- Development of calculation and design models
- Developing approaches for process integration and assessing application suitability
- Preparation of publications and presentations
- Coordination with partners and stakeholders from industry and research
Requirements
- Degree in process engineering, environmental process engineering, energy technology, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field
- Interest in a diverse subject area with a wide range of challenges, from planning and design to construction and implementation, including testing prototypes in the technical center
- Prior knowledge in energy storage and process heat
- Motivation to continuously broaden your professional and personal expertise and willingness to present results internally and externally in presentations and publications
- Highly independent and conscientious working style, strong team skills and quick comprehension
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
