About the role
- You design the rules, processes and formats for site-wide collaboration and define clear decision-making pathways.
- You develop metrics for collaboration and ensure their monitoring.
- You contribute to the further development of the shared working culture — from guidelines and an employee charter to room usage, a clean-desk policy, respectful interaction and new exchange formats.
- You advance science-strategic and administrative processes — including templates, standards and clear responsibilities.
- To this end, you structure organizational workflows, prioritize topics and support the establishment of cross-site services.
- You plan and coordinate events holistically — from scheduling and room booking to hybrid setups and content-related preparation and follow-up.
- You introduce innovative event formats and support them operationally.
- You maintain and further develop the central CRM, ensure data quality and produce reports.
- You proactively research topics, trends and technologies and prepare them professionally as presentations, dossiers and one-pagers.
Requirements
- Completed academic degree (e.g. in business, engineering, IT, social sciences, public administration or communications), doctorate desirable
- Several years of professional experience in scientific or commercial environments, ideally at a research institution and with knowledge of foundation or non-profit law
- Insight into building, managing and networking interdisciplinary teams as well as project management (structure, prioritization, stakeholder management, ecosystem development)
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially PowerPoint; practical experience with Excel, SharePoint and Planner is preferred; advantageous: experience with CRM systems and a strong affinity for AI-supported working methods
- A structured yet creative working style, pronounced interdisciplinary adaptability, proactivity and a solution- and service-oriented attitude
- A confident, friendly manner and enjoyment in actively shaping collaboration and processes
