About the role

  • Create creative and informative content for LinkedIn and the competence field’s website
  • Assist in designing informational materials (newsletters, flyers, posters, etc.) using Adobe InDesign
  • Support the preparation and execution of internal and external events (e.g., conferences, trade shows, technology days, workshops, etc.)
  • Update and occasionally restructure the Fraunhofer Competence Field Additive Manufacturing website using the Fraunhofer Content Management System (Adobe AEM)
  • Translate content into English
  • Prepare, revise and regularly update presentations and supporting materials (German and English)
  • Maintain customer data, including mailing campaigns
  • Monitor, process and internally forward customer inquiries from inquiry portals, the website and e-mail
  • Independently communicate (e-mail, phone) with members of the competence field to clarify organisational questions and matters

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe AEM desirable
  • Willingness to quickly learn new systems
  • Class B driver’s license desirable
  • Willingness to travel for work
  • Availability for at least two full semesters
  • Good to very good English skills, written and spoken
  • Native-level German
  • Quick comprehension and ability to work independently
  • Team player with flexibility
