About the role

  • You will drive and manage our marketing hands-on and independently
  • Organize and oversee selected events, functions, and trade show appearances
  • Design trade show booths and coordinate with exhibition stand builders
  • Editorial planning and content creation for internal and external channels
  • Maintain and further develop our website
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to strengthen our brand (in collaboration with external agencies)
  • Manage corporate communications
  • Coordinate press contacts, PR agencies, and external service providers
  • Take full responsibility for our social media channels: from concept to analysis (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Develop posts, Reels, Stories, and campaign concepts
  • Work closely with sales and application engineering

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing (in-house or agency)
  • Confident in editorial planning and content creation
  • Experience managing social media channels
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured working approach
  • Ability to manage external partners effectively
  • Self-motivation and strong execution skills
  • Enjoy working with sales and technical teams
  • Clear communication internally and externally
