About the role

  • You develop your sales territory with a focus on both revenue and relationship building
  • You independently build your customer network in and around Munich and throughout Southeast Bavaria
  • You support our customers as an equal partner
  • You provide solution-oriented advice to skilled tradespeople, distributors, and planners
  • You work closely with our application technicians in your region as a team with a clear objective
  • You conduct product training sessions: independently and together with our application-technology team

Requirements

  • You have an understanding of technical topics, whether as a tradesperson, site manager, or career changer
  • You are enthusiastic about sales with handshake-quality integrity and technical know-how
  • You enjoy working with people and finding practical solutions
  • You work independently and in a structured manner
  • You live in the sales territory (Munich and Southeast Bavaria) and enjoy being on the road
  • Experience with plastics or construction chemicals is a plus but not required
