About the role
- You develop your sales territory with a focus on both revenue and relationship building
- You independently build your customer network in and around Munich and throughout Southeast Bavaria
- You support our customers as an equal partner
- You provide solution-oriented advice to skilled tradespeople, distributors, and planners
- You work closely with our application technicians in your region as a team with a clear objective
- You conduct product training sessions: independently and together with our application-technology team
Requirements
- You have an understanding of technical topics, whether as a tradesperson, site manager, or career changer
- You are enthusiastic about sales with handshake-quality integrity and technical know-how
- You enjoy working with people and finding practical solutions
- You work independently and in a structured manner
- You live in the sales territory (Munich and Southeast Bavaria) and enjoy being on the road
- Experience with plastics or construction chemicals is a plus but not required
