About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independent development and management of real estate projects.
- Translating energy, ESG and profitability requirements into concepts.
- Coordinating interdisciplinary project teams and working closely with internal departments.
- Responsible for budget control and reporting.
- Monitoring market, regulatory and ESG developments to further develop projects and concepts.
- Central role in client communication and in building and maintaining a professional network.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in a technical field or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in project development, particularly in the modernization and refurbishment of existing buildings.
- Experience in the planning, management and implementation of real estate projects.
- Ability to independently drive projects from initial idea through to realization.
- Structured, decisive and interface-oriented way of working.
- Understanding of financial viability, technical aspects and ESG requirements.
- Ideally experience in serial construction and serial refurbishment.
