Working Student – People Operations & Digital Tools

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are responsible for structuring and maintaining our HR tool Personio and ensuring excellent data quality and completeness of digital personnel records.
- You actively support a variety of administrative and organizational HR tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- You actively contribute to the design of digital HR workflows to further increase our system efficiency and improve the employee experience.
- You independently take on responsibility for smaller projects and contribute your own ideas to exciting HR initiatives.
- You ensure data protection–compliant management of all documents and keep our HR documentation up to date at all times.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are a registered student (Business Administration, HR, Business Informatics or similar) and are available to support us 15–20 hours per week.
- You have a strong enthusiasm for modern software, an interest in AI topics, and quickly familiarize yourself with new tools (e.g., Personio).
- You work in a highly structured and meticulous manner and place great value on accuracy and clean data maintenance.
- You demonstrate initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent organizational skills.
- You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and enjoy operational HR work within a team.
