About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are responsible for structuring and maintaining our HR tool Personio and ensuring excellent data quality and completeness of digital personnel records.
You actively support a variety of administrative and organizational HR tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
You actively contribute to the design of digital HR workflows to further increase our system efficiency and improve the employee experience.
You independently take on responsibility for smaller projects and contribute your own ideas to exciting HR initiatives.
You ensure data protection–compliant management of all documents and keep our HR documentation up to date at all times.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are a registered student (Business Administration, HR, Business Informatics or similar) and are available to support us 15–20 hours per week.
You have a strong enthusiasm for modern software, an interest in AI topics, and quickly familiarize yourself with new tools (e.g., Personio).
You work in a highly structured and meticulous manner and place great value on accuracy and clean data maintenance.
You demonstrate initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent organizational skills.
You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and enjoy operational HR work within a team.
