Requirements

What you’ll need

Customer-facing, high-stakes experience.
1-3 years in product, consulting, implementations, or any role where execution and customer trust mattered more than your job title.
Real product & delivery experience: Built and shipped products or services in partnership with engineers and designers.
Structured problem-solving and communication skills.
Bias for action and ownership: Willing to roll up sleeves and make things happen.
Comfort with ambiguity and intensity: Ability to juggle multiple customers and keep priorities straight.
AI curiosity: A desire to learn fast and overuse AI in your own workflow.
