About the role

  • Fulfillment of internal and external reporting requirements
  • Execution of cost center planning and preparation of reports and forecasts
  • Support in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements according to German GAAP (HGB) and in long-term, integrated financial planning
  • Participation in special projects, in particular in the context of SAP implementation
  • Processing and analysis of complex datasets; contribution to the implementation of a data warehouse
  • Development and maintenance of analysis and support systems for planning, controlling and monitoring operational performance processes
  • Handling ad-hoc requests

Requirements

  • University degree in economics, business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally in an IT environment
  • Practical experience with period-end and annual closings and knowledge in implementing reporting tools and processes
  • Solid knowledge of SAP (FI, CO, SAC) and MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience with BI systems is an advantage
  • Ability to quickly and analytically grasp complex issues
  • Team player with strong commitment and a confident manner
