Key responsibilities & impact

Independently handle ongoing financial bookkeeping, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
Post service charges, rents and security deposits
Reconcile accounts and resolve outstanding items
Support reporting, cash flow planning and year-end closing tasks
Communicate with property owners, tenants and service providers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial training or equivalent, ideally with a focus on accounting or finance
Professional experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate/property management sector
Confident use of common MS Office applications, especially Excel, and strong numerical skills
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (at least C1 level)
Independent, structured and responsible working style
Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of collaboration in a dynamic environment
