About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate on cross-departmental projects and further develop internal processes
- Record claims by phone and provide support to customers, partners, and repair shops
- Process incoming and outgoing invoices, insurance reimbursements, and payment workflows
- Assess damages and liability, decide on claim settlement, and coordinate with insurers
- Manage repair shop and insurance handling, including obtaining insurer approvals, inspections, and repair authorizations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Self-motivation and a careful, detail-oriented work style
- Initial experience in a complex service environment or industry
- Interest in claims processes and numerical data, and a strong IT affinity
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in a business-related field
