About the role
- Support cross-departmental projects and contribute to the development of internal processes
- Record claims by phone and provide support to customers, partners and repair shops
- Handle incoming and outgoing invoices, insurance reimbursements and payment processes
- Assess damage and liability, decide on claim settlements, and coordinate with insurers
- Manage repair shop and insurance processing, including obtaining insurer approvals, inspections and repair authorizations
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- Self-responsibility and a meticulous work style
- Initial experience in a complex service environment or industry
- Interest in claims processes and numbers, and a high level of IT affinity
- Completed commercial vocational training or a business-related degree
