About the role
- Responsibility for documenting customer-specific requirements
- Advising and supporting customers during the software implementation
- Identifying individual customer requirements and product needs
- Collaborating with project managers on implementation across one or more projects
- Supporting development in implementing customer-specific requirements
- Preparing training materials and conducting trainings and workshops at customer sites
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable ERP system
- Independent working style, strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities
- Ideally: understanding of energy industry processes, regulatory requirements or data exchange formats
- Initial experience in ERP implementation, requirements management, IT project management and/or IT consulting
- Completed vocational training or degree in (business) computer science, business administration, energy management or a comparable qualification
