About the role
- Support cross-departmental projects and further develop internal processes
- Conduct telephone claims intake and support customers, partners and repair shops
- Process incoming and outgoing invoices, insurance reimbursements and payment transactions
- Assess damages and liability, decide on claim settlements and coordinate with insurers
- Handle workshop and insurance administration, including obtaining insurer approvals, inspections and repair authorizations
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Self-responsibility and a careful, methodical working style
- Initial experience in a complex services environment or industry
- Interest in claims processes and numerical analysis, with a strong affinity for IT
- Completed commercial vocational training or a business-related degree
