About the role

  • Advising on implementing efficient workflows using the Kraftwerk software
  • Optionally conducting training sessions, webinars, workshops, or on-site training
  • Creating documentation and building knowledge by producing guides and best practices
  • Acting as an interface to IT and development by reporting recurring technical issues
  • Providing customer support and assistance for software-related inquiries (phone, email, remote support) and handling application errors and technical issues

Requirements

  • Basic technical aptitude and a service-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills and a structured approach to work
  • Initial experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Navision)
  • Ideally experience in support, consulting, or data management
  • A completed vocational qualification or degree in accounting, financial accounting, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
