About the role
- Active participation in group-wide projects
- Advising business units through workshops and training sessions
- Analyzing existing processes and systems and identifying optimization potential
- Documenting results, ensuring quality and preparing recommendations for defining new standards and further developing existing ones
Requirements
- Ideally, experience in the insurance industry
- Analytical thinking combined with conceptual skills
- Experience in system analysis, process modeling and project delivery
- Preferably broad IT knowledge, particularly in the area of digital business processes
