About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process submitted contract placement details and set up contract employees in FoxHire’s internal software system
  • Ensure all required onboarding items are included in the contract employee portal setup
  • Set up background checks, including client or industry requirements
  • Process applicable Placement Specifics Addenda and Employee Contracts
  • Facilitate problem resolution with recruiters, client companies, contract employees, and cross-functional teams
  • Maintain accurate client information and onboarding requirements using standard operating procedures
  • Build working knowledge of federal and state employment law and regulations to process submissions and assist with inquiries
  • Maintain computerized records of communications within company software
  • Participate in continuing education and industry-related educational opportunities
  • Participate in and potentially facilitate internal training
  • Collaborate with internal developers when software does not work as expected
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide customer support and collaborate with the internal team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of work experience in a business environment, preferably within the staffing industry; at least one year of staffing-industry experience is asked in the application
  • High school education or equivalent required
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience with multiple technology platforms
  • Experience with database applications, Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Extremely detail-oriented and analytical
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-centered approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to customer service and professionalism
  • Growth mindset and solutions focus
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of 8+ hours while working on a computer
  • Workspace supporting focused, distraction-free work and clear, quiet audio during scheduled hours
  • Reliable, high-speed internet sufficient for phone, chat, and email-based work
  • Must be authorized to legally work in the United States
  • Must work and reside within the United States
  • Ability to align schedule with 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST core business hours, or the local equivalent
