Team Lead – Operations

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide direct support to a team of 4–8 dispatch team members
- Train and mentor dispatchers, addressing questions and concerns to ensure smooth daily operations
- Help optimize technician routing and customer scheduling to drive efficiency and branch profitability
- Support the Branch Operations Manager through training, feedback, and one-on-one coaching
- Assume select leadership and management responsibilities to support overall branch performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma required; some college preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field preferred
- Experience with computer database systems or software
- Ability to quickly learn Pest Routes and routing methods to maximize efficiency
- Strong adaptability and professionalism in fast-paced or high-stress situations
- Growth mindset with a desire to learn and improve
- Positive, professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Genuine personality with confidence in office and customer service skills.
