Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in a 2-week remote sales training program
Make outbound calls to promote additional services to loyal customers
Answer inbound calls from potential new customers
Assist customers in solving their problems and advise on the best solutions
Document sales and process payments
Open doors to new opportunities through referrals and perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent
Remote Sales experience
Ambition to win right!
Confidence and efficiency in speaking over the phone with prospective customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with computers and various software, including Microsoft Office and industry-specific programs
Spanish fluency is a plus
