About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support for hiring, terminations, and severance processes
- Monitoring and management of HR metrics
- Support for recruitment and selection processes
- Updating spreadsheets and preparing reports
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Internal communication and internal marketing (employee engagement) initiatives
- Support for training and employee development
- Creation and distribution of internal communications (birthdays, promotions, new hires, etc.)
- Participation in and development of HR projects (PDI - Individual Development Plans, talent retention, employer branding, among others)
- Employee support to clarify general inquiries
- Support for other HR-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related fields
- Basic Excel
- Experience with HR routines and processes
- Plus: knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to HR.
