Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor daily sprints, track progress across teams, manage tasks, and help facilitate Scrum of Scrums synchronization
Perform technical research on tools, integrations, frameworks, and methodologies to support team decision-making
Write and maintain primarily Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks, test APIs, or prototype solutions
Organize, analyze, and report data using advanced Excel functionality, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and structured data sets
Provide high-level administrative assistance, manage schedules, prepare meeting summaries, and coordinate cross-functional tasks
Support executive and technical leadership by bridging technical project management, research, and daily administrative operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of work experience
Strong proficiency in Python and analytics
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum concepts and project tracking tools such as Zoho Sprints, Jira, Asana, or Trello
Advanced Excel capabilities for reporting and data manipulation
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
Ability to draft documents read by leadership and external partners
Consistently accurate work with structured data and diligence to verify output
Ability to work with a manager 9.5 hours behind for part of the shift
Nice-to-have: experience with generative AI technologies and agentic workflows, including LLM APIs, LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI
Nice-to-have: hands-on experience with the Zoho ecosystem, including CRM, Creator, Sprints, Show, or Analytics
