About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Your hands-on experience in microservices architecture, together with a clear understanding of Domain-Driven Design, shapes the architectural vision
- Evaluate and develop the architecture with regard to scalability, maintainability, and security of the systems
- Contribute to the continuous optimization of work processes and the design of user-centered interfaces
- Optimize resource usage through virtualization and containerization to create an efficient infrastructure
- Create and structure documentation for current and future developers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on expertise in microservices architecture with a clear understanding of Domain-Driven Design
- Experience working in an agile environment with a broad technology stack
- Java (11+, Spring, Spring Boot) in your toolkit
- Proficient with additional web technologies (e.g., PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Shell programming and Bash scripting for innovative and efficient solutions
- Virtualization (e.g., vSphere) for creating, starting, and stopping VMs
- Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with architecture tools (e.g., arc42, UML)
- Nice to have: experience with Kotlin, hexagonal architecture, PostgreSQL, OpenID Connect, OAuth, Keycloak IDM, Git, and architecture tools such as ArchiMate, PlantUML, and AsciiDoc.
