About the role

  • As a consultant, you contribute hands-on expertise directly within projects and consistently deliver impressive results.
  • As a DevOps specialist, you confidently guide the entire development lifecycle for our clients with passion and commitment.
  • You are passionate about automation and automate build, test, and deployment processes without delay.
  • You master Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools to automate infrastructure management as if by magic.
  • You keep a vigilant eye on clients' on-premises and cloud infrastructures and continuously optimize them.
  • You take care of alerting, monitoring, and tracing with dedication to ensure seamless operation.
  • You collaborate closely with developers and testers in agile, cross-functional teams working according to Scrum or Kanban.
  • Your proactive and independent working style ensures smooth operation of the applications you help build.
  • You confidently and effectively represent the operations perspective to the development team, product owners, and other stakeholders, making a tangible difference.

Requirements

  • You have at least three years of experience in the DevOps field and prior experience in operations.
  • You hold a degree in IT or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
  • You have experience with the following technologies and areas: Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, GitLab, Linux, Docker, Red Hat OpenShift.
  • You have programming and scripting skills (Python, Bash, Java).
  • You have strong expertise in implementing CI/CD pipelines.
  • You are familiar with microservice architectures and deploying to Kubernetes.
  • You have a very good understanding of network infrastructures (routing, load balancing, DNS).
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams is a strong advantage.
  • You are communicative and open with your colleagues and our clients and enjoy consulting work.
  • You are business-fluent in German and have good English skills.
  • Goal orientation, structure, independence, and a solution-focused approach are natural for you.
