About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Research and provide information on destinations, including flights, accommodations, attractions, and local customs
Develop customized itineraries based on client needs and preferences
Provide advice on travel requirements such as visas, passports, and vaccinations
Book all aspects of travel arrangements including flights, hotels, tours or transfers
Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
Maintain relationships with suppliers (airlines/hotels/car rentals) to ensure the best possible rates are obtained
Continually stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma/GED required
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service
Proficient in computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications
Knowledgeable about popular tourism destinations worldwide
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
