Product Designer

• Join Fountain, leading enterprise solution for frontline workforce management, helping customers hire, onboard, and manage millions of workers worldwide
• Own end-to-end design for a product area—from research and ideation to polished, production-ready designs
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver intuitive, scalable B2B SaaS solutions
• Lead the design of a product area, from discovery through delivery
• Translate complex workflows and data into intuitive, elegant user experiences
• Conduct user research to deeply understand user needs and validate solutions
• Work in rapid, iterative cycles—from problem framing to polished design—to accelerate learning and delivery
• Communicate ideas with precision and influence through storytelling, prototypes, and data-driven rationale
• Contribute to high-quality UI and UX design system patterns for consistency and scalability
• This role is a 12-month contract
