About the role

  • Staff Product Manager for Hire (flagship ATS) owning priorities, engineering clarity, and cross-functional alignment
  • Single owner of the full Hire roadmap across core product maturity, enterprise accelerators, and GTM coordination
  • Partner with a PM to execute Agentic AI initiatives in Hire
  • Translate complex customer and market signals into scalable product decisions
  • Own end-to-end product development lifecycle: shaping, scoping, sprint execution, rollout, and iteration
  • Act as primary product contact for go-to-market teams; lead documentation, launches, and cross-functional updates
  • Drive operational rigor through sprint planning, backlog management, and clear documentation

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in high-complexity B2B SaaS—preferably with ATS, HR tech, or workflow-heavy products
  • Proven ability to manage large surface area products end-to-end, balancing customer-informed priorities with strategic roadmap execution
  • Exceptional communication skills—capable of producing clean, polished documentation, specs, and GTM updates
  • Strong cross-functional leadership—trusted by CS, Implementation, and Sales to drive outcomes and clarity
  • Hands-on product ownership—comfortable exploring and testing the product to develop deep domain expertise
  • Execution-first mindset—drive momentum, structure, and alignment in ambiguous situations
  • Time zone flexibility—6+ hours overlap with US Pacific Time
