About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and grow the pipeline of US sponsors, partners and exhibitors across longevity, biohacking, health tech, wellness, pharma, insurance and consumer health brands
  • Build tailored partnership packages and commercial proposals, supporting outreach, pitching, negotiation and signed contracts
  • Track pipeline progress, revenue against target and partner satisfaction for the Event Director's commercial plan
  • Identify and secure high-profile US speakers with the Content Lead in London
  • Provide US market intelligence, trends and audience insight for programming and content decisions
  • Help shape sessions and content formats for a US longevity audience
  • Coordinate with Founders Forum's broader US team and network to unlock warm introductions
  • Act as the primary US contact for Javits Center, suppliers, contractors and local vendors
  • Support operational planning, exhibitor management, logistics and production schedules for the US show
  • Lead onsite delivery in New York across event days
  • Flag risks, gaps and US-specific operational requirements, including permits, unions, venue rules and health and safety or insurance norms
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders, local media and brands to build US credibility and reach
  • Represent The Longevity Show in the US longevity, wellness and health-tech ecosystem between events
  • Maintain a live map of relevant US partners, brands, agencies and exhibitors and monitor market trends and competitor events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience as a commercial or event leader, ideally within the US market
  • Proven record of closing sponsorship, partnership or exhibitor deals and hitting commercial targets
  • Ability to work independently as the sole on-the-ground US team member while reporting to a UK-based Event Director
  • Hands-on operational mindset, including sponsorship decks and onsite loading dock schedules
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and deadlines
  • Willingness to travel, including to London for planning and team alignment
  • Flexibility around key event dates: London, 16–17 April 2027; New York, 21–22 May 2027
  • Preferred: existing US longevity, biohacking, health tech, wellness or consumer health network
  • Preferred: experience launching an event or exhibition in a new market
  • Preferred: genuine interest in longevity, biohacking and proactive health
  • Preferred: based in or willing to relocate to New York or the greater New York area
